Our leadership team

Justin has over 20 years’ experience in IT working almost exclusively in Networks and Security and has extensive knowledge in cloud computing, the delivery of complex IT programmes and assisted in overhauling network architectures to streamline existing infrastructures to deliver significant benefits. He has worked in both the private and public sectors, spanning the technology, telecommunications, finance and insurance industries including Vodafone and Aviva.

He is a Norfolk boy, born and bred with a huge passion for sport, mostly football and American Football. A lifelong supporter of Norwich City and the Assistant Manager of an adult team, Earsham FC (Up the Otters!) and the extremely proud Manager of Diss Town Under 12s. Justin is a season ticket holder for American Football team, New Orleans Saints and considers the city his home away from home and a place he loves spending time in.

Colin is Chief Executive of Thruvision Group plc, the leading provider of people security screening technology. Thruvision detects drugs, cash and other stolen items hidden in clothing and is used by major retailers like Tesco, Next, JD Sports and Morrisons, as well as US Customs and other international government agencies.

Before joining Thruvision, Colin was Group Chief Operating Officer of Detica Group plc where he grew revenues from £38m to £231m in six years prior to its sale to BAE Systems for £531 million in 2008. Colin is also a Non-Executive Director at 6point6 Ltd, a private equity backed technology consultancy specialising in secure digital transformation.

Emma is our Commercial Director, responsible for the sales and commercial functions within the business. Emma is an Institute of Director's Chartered Director and has held various board positions in the energy, creative and software industries as well as running her own consultancy company.

She is a member of Tech UK's Local Digital Capital working group which aims to map the UK's digital landscape to help inform local government digital policy.

In her spare time Emma loves being outside on the farm in Norfolk with her 2 daughters and creating culinary masterpieces in the kitchen!

Mark is our Chief Finance Officer and is a Chartered Accountant having trained and qualified at PwC in London. Mark worked primarily with retail and financial services firms whilst at PwC before working in-house in commercial roles. 

Since 2018, Mark has specialised in working with technology start-ups at various stages of growth from Seed investment to Series B, giving him a great breadth and depth of knowledge in this sector.

Mark lives in London with his partner and their mini-dachshund, Michael. 

When he's not chasing Michael, he can be found watching/enduring Leicester City as a lifelong supporter.

Paddy is a highly successful executive and non-executive with a strong record of enabling businesses to reach their potential, notably Target Group, Specialist Risk Group, 6point6 and Xchanging.

Paddy has successfully managed service provision for key elements of the National Infrastructure, including the London Metal Exchange's trading platform and the entirety of the Lloyds of London’s central clearing services.

Paddy has spent over forty years of his career focusing on technology and businesses driven by technology. Paddy also brings significant experience with Private Equity and raising capital.
